At Velvora, we are committed to delivering our premium heritage leather and performance gear to you in the safest and most efficient manner. Every piece is handled with extreme care and undergoes a rigorous quality check before it leaves our workshop to ensure it meets our high standards.

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Standard Items: Orders for standard-sized jackets and apparel are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Quality Check: To ensure perfection, each item is reviewed by our artisans before dispatch.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping through our global courier partners.

  • Domestic : Estimated delivery time is 07–14business days after the processing period.

  • International Shipping (USA/UK/Global): Delivery times generally range between 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

3. Damages & Delivery Issues

  • Reporting Damage: If your Velvora product arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof so we can assist you with a replacement.

  • Lost Packages: While we are not liable for products lost after confirmed delivery by the carrier, our support team will do their best to help you resolve any issues with the shipping provider.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Velvora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
